Buying Fuel Oil in Morocco: how to compare two offers

Product, quantity and delivery: make sure you compare supply offers on the same basis.

    Calculator and quotation documents

Two Fuel Oil quotations can look similar while covering different things. Before choosing the lower figure, check the unit, quantity and delivery scope. A defined comparison is easier for both purchasing and technical teams to review.

    Check the product and unit

Record the proposed product, quantity, unit and offer validity. A price per litre cannot be compared directly with one per tonne. An old quote may also be an unsuitable reference for a current purchase.

    Clarify delivery conditions

Specify the receiving site, known access constraints and delivery requirements. Ask what is included and what still needs agreement. For recurring orders, supply arrangements are part of the relationship as well as the price.

Relate the offer to your use

The technical method linked below considers the cost of useful heat. It does not provide Moroccan fuel prices. It helps explain why a lower purchase price alone does not demonstrate the final saving for an installation.

    Compare a COMAGAL proposal

COMAGAL offers Fuel Oil as an alternative to assess for managing fuel purchasing. Send your quantity, city and required characteristics. Compare the resulting quote with your current supplier, then confirm technical suitability and commercial terms before deciding.
