COMAGAL ENERGY · Updated 18 October 2026

When your company hands over used oils or petroleum waste, you need to identify a provider whose authorisation matches the work required. An available vehicle alone does not establish the scope of an operator’s activity.
Read the authorisation in context
Moroccan Decree No. 2-14-85 distinguishes hazardous-waste collection and transport from treatment. Collection authorisation does not, by itself, demonstrate that an operator runs an authorised treatment facility. The official text is linked below.
What should your company check?
Ask who holds the authorisation, which materials and operations it covers, and how that relates to your request. Then clarify the service, planned handling arrangements and applicable tracking documents. This turns a general assurance into a file your teams can review.
COMAGAL’s role
COMAGAL holds a collection and transport authorisation issued by the competent authorities. You can request it for your supplier file and check whether its scope matches the waste concerned. Our team assesses enquiries according to the material and site.
Prepare a recurring partnership
Start with the origin of the oils, estimated volume, city and frequency. For several sites, describe each location separately. COMAGAL seeks lasting relationships with businesses across Morocco, with terms agreed before any commitment.
